Prenatal Aerobics
 
These are specialized workout sessions for the expectant mom and are suitable for women in any stage of pregnancy and fitness level.  These also helps speed up labor and recovery for mom. As a bonus babies are leaner, healthier and happier too.This is not just cardio endurance but body awareness, strength, stretch and kegels combined into one and a half hour sessions.The goal is to maintain your fitness level with exercises that relate to pregnancy, childbirth and recovery.This is a great time to socialize with other expectant moms while getting the support, encouragement and motivation you may need.

Bed Rest
These are Private sessions only. We come to you. They are customized to the specific needs of the mom on bed rest. Using bands, a Body Cushion and basic exercises we can help you maintain the range of motion you have in your arms and legs. As a treat...when you sign up for 2 or more sessions you will recieve a FREE one-hour massage!

Postnatal Aerobics

These are specialized workout sessions for the moms who have just had their beautiful babies. Postnatal sessions can start as soon as one week post delivery. If you have attended our Prenatal Fitness classes you will have been given exercises you can do up until that one week post delivery. Within these 75 minute sessions are low impact aerobics, strength, stretch and kegels. The goal is to help you feel better and lose the weight safely. Infants and babies can be incorporated into the strength and stretch sections of the workouts. This can be a bonding experience for mom and baby, as baby has been used to the sounds and motions from when mom was exercising while pregnant. Or this can be a well deserved time to yourself.

Duet (2 persons)
Need help staying motivated? Duet training is the answer! You and a friend can work and stay motivated together in these sessions that meet both of your needs.

Private
One-on-one private sessions are provided to help you start or maintain your optimum fitness level. Sessions can include combinations of body awareness, strength training, cardiovascular training, pilates and stretches for your unique self.

American Heart Association Infant CPR Anytime®
Infant CPR Anytime® allows families, friends, grandparents, siblings and others who care for infants to learn the core skills of infant CPR & relief of choking in just 22 minutes. This course is based on the traditional AHA CPR for infants and has been research-proven and equivalent to the traditional course for learning the core skills of CPR.
Each couple will receive:
  • A personal, inflatable Mini Baby CPR learning manikin
  • CPR skills practice DVD
  • Fold-out Quick Reference Skills Reminders (2 sizes)
  • Sanitizing wipes
  • Mini Baby spare lung
  • Practice phone

American Heart Association Friends & Family CPR Anytime®
Friends & Family CPR Anytime® teaches family, friends, grandparents, siblings (lay people) the 
core skills to perform Adult and Child CPR in just 22 minutes. The Family & Friends CPR Anytime program is based on traditional AHA Family & Friends CPR Awareness Program and has been research-proven to be equival
ent to taking a traditional course for learning the core skills of CPR.
Each couple will receive:
  • A personal mini Anne manikin with integrated adult/child clicker
  • CPR skills practice DVD
  • Sanitizing wipes
  • Mini Anne spare lung
